Making food taste..like it use too.

I stopped smoking just over a year ago food still tastes odd things i loved i now hate stuff i hated is more palatable also pot noddles always tasted pretty poor bland salty water

Oh god, they tasted foul and still do.

However due to the fight on animal fat most things taste worse, despite it being made up scaremongering.
Bring back tasty chips, bring back proper pre made pastry. Although occasionally you can get all butter.
And well everything else.

It makes me laugh "but I've cut fat out my diet!" while stuffing themselves full of sugar and bad carbs, no exercise and wondering why they are still over weight.

And then people who eat clean follow the advice and are likely lacking in dietary salts.

what if the amount worried about said salts and having them in food is out balanced by stress ? then having the salt in first place would have been better.

seriously pot noodles are rank now . some may argue they were but they are even more flavorless now. they have cut something. maybe just to shave a penny per pot.

Totally agree if you are preparing and cooking your own well seasoned food combined with the occasional processed treat you are almost certainly getting the small amount of salt you actually need!

That was my point, there's people out there who don't use salt and rarely eat processed and almost certainly not getting enough salt.

Mmmm - chicken and mushroom king pot noodle and a pork pie for dipping in the sauce. Lush ^_^ I tried the celery salt idea too - works well!
