The Coke Cola one came free with some promotion, the Bubba Gump Shrimp & Co one came free with a drink and i dunno where the Guiness one comes from, had that for a long time now.

There was a craze when I was at school to suck jelly up your nose, show everyone it was in the back of your mouth and swallow it

The last jelly i made was from Koppaberg pear cider with a pear poached in cardamom and syrup set in it, had a big dollop of vanilla cream with it

Nice work! I do love jelly. Peppercorn and beetroot works well accompanied by mango and pine essence puree - there's a Heston Blumenthal recipe online for it somewhere. It sounds odd, but it does work!
