Hi. I am wondering if i bought SSD, HDD and Windows OS and installed Windows onto new SSD, HDD. Would it be possible to make money by selling them?. Would they have to be the same motherboard as mine or could it be different?. Like mine is a gigabyte z77x-ud3h and i formated my own in windows 7 home and UEFI format. How would this work if i would sell these and would it be a good idea?.

You could sysprep/generalize the install to remove all the drivers and unique identifiers but tbh it will just be a ball ache selling them as people will then want support once things don't go to plan.

poor idear tbh and would leave you with more headache etc, better plan would be to offer the service with there parts and you pick up and build and install windows updates and drivers etc so a complete custom service etc

I think a person who would buy an SSD/HDD to install will likely already know how to install an OS. It's not like it's rocket science.

Serial number would most likely flagged as pirated if being updated by 2 PCs over a prolonged period.

Windows Genuine Advantage would probably kick in on the first machine, requiring your to phone up the automated number to get it classed as genuine or maybe a new serial beng issued. After that the 2nd PC would get the same Windows Genuine Advantage notification.
