Possible culprits :

Antec 182 case fans
Arctic freezer pro CPU cooler
Powercolor 3870 XT
OCZ 'silent' PSU

Does anyone have any experience with the above?

I'm thinking about taking the fan off the CPU cooler first.

Any ideas?

first take your case fans off to see what difference they make.

second never run your cpu without a fan on the cooler unless your case have very good airflow and your cpu isnt a high powered part like a q6600 or you might start having temp issues or a dead CPU if you are unlucky

I know for me its always the Graphics Cards cooler and Case Fans that are loudest...!

Actually... i used to have a screamer of a northbridge cooler! Maybe you have one...?

Oh and the AC Freezer should be quiet... mines is silent :|

not ACF7Pro, mine is inaudiable above the other fans, and only just audiable at 100%

First guess, the card, second, the PSU which may be reverberating around the case.

has to be *** gfx i reckon they allways the noisest,

i have that cooler in a p180 bascioally same as a p182. if i run *** fan at 100% i can hear it i run mine at 50% and cant hear it all.

i highly recommend zalman reserator 1 watercooling system

It's the graphics card and from browsing on here it appears you won't be able to alter the fan speed without getting a fan controller.
I slowed it down with my finger and there was a big difference in noise levels.

Does your mobo have a fan on the northbridge?

That, and your gfx card would be the first culprits I would have thought, followed possibly by your psu, and maybe your case fans (the Antec Tri-cools are alright fans, but not the quietest even on low).

I just recently got my P180 filled with Noctuas and it has never been quieter.

Noctua intake/exhaust for the case.
Noctua on a Scythe Katana 2 on the cpu.
Noctua on my Acellero on my 8800GT.
Passive mobo.
Enermax Noisetaker.
Seagate Barracuda drives.
