Making the Windows XP clock 12 hour?

My Windows clock is set on 24 hour, been looking for the settings to change it to 12 hour. Tried google and no luck.

Anyone know?

Start - settings - control panel - regional and language options - customize - time tab - time format - hh:mm:ss tt

Try h:m:s so you get no leading zero.
