Making Videos on Youtube - Questions

Yes you can make money of Twitch via donations etc.

Yes you stream direct to Twitch from the console itself, you just need a Twitch account then you link them and off you go, you click 'share' then Twitch and you're streaming.

I've done it a few times, I'm not sure if your viewers see your whole screen as when you play you have the Twitch interface on the right. The Elgato HD60 can be used to stream direct to Twitch too. You can also link your YT account and have it auto archive your Twitch streams to YT.

Excellent advice, thank you.

Can anyone answer some of my OP questions :)

Two things I can think of 1. Be yourself and 2. Be consistent with uploading content etc

The rest other people have covered, personally I would definitely go with the Twitch streaming option too as YT us highly saturated and the chances of having a successful channel is slim these days, unless you can create something unique and original that'll boost you subscriber count quickly. Finally, maybe have social media accounts setup (Facebook, Twitter etc) to share and advertise your channel.

I make videos based around motorbikes, so not sure what I can add here. Let me know if you have any specific questions though.

what do you use to edit your videos?

and how do you do it when you show part of what your filming but in the bottom can see a video of yourself with your reactions?

Do you commentate all your videos live or do you go back and commentate over the top?
