You know his brother is probably reading this thread too and knows how to bypass every suggestion we have made!
Just encrypt the computer. Sweet FA he can do if he can't boot into Windows, and other bootable software can't make changes either. I used to share with my brother too, but he never used to mess my **** up or prevent me from using things. Until he can be more considerate, tough **** to him!
