Button was quite lucky in a way that Vettel didn't score and Hamilton didn't win.. keeps it close still :)

My concern is they are not notching enough points while red bull is struggling, my own concern is they are not going to have enough of a gap when red bull come back at them.

Of course thats my own paranoia still to do with a two driver team taking on a one driver team.

That is true, however it seems Webber is likely to take more points off Vettel this season than before.

Button and Vettel just were off form and made silly mistakes (were both involving a HRT?) no top driver should be making - theres no excuse. Annoyed Button didnt take the race by the scruff of its neck and really attempt to get a point or at least a good drive.

Yep both hit the same HRT :p Shame Button had to pit twice as he would have been in around 7-8th if he only pitted once for the front wing.

Assuming China is dry, it should be a good indicator of the actual performance of all the cars. Then lots of new bits start being glued to them and it could all change again :)

I'm not sure on Massa. Its either the accident or just having a poor car from 09 onwards really? I wonder how much downforce the cars have now compared to 2007/8.

Ferrari ditching pull rod suspension shocker?. I said it wouldn't work and no one believed me. With a low nose maybe, but with a high nose there isn't enough angle on that pull rod for it to work properly.

Have they said they will ditch it? Can't see it happening during the season?

The mid and rear of the car would still be the same? So development on that wouldn't be wasted. Depends whether they just change the suspension layout or the whole front aero (Mclaren style) I guess.

Yep they could have started it a few weeks ago after getting the data from the tests.... or just developing the car further down the road it has already. Gotta love F1.

And putting up clips and other extras on Youtube for more coverage and interest. Pretty shocking how out of touch they are.
