Hi All,

Hopefully by the end of November this will be mine:

Mwhahahahhahhhaha ;)

11.97m (39'3") x 5.60m (18'4") :D

I'm going to have so much fun!!!

Obviously I'm going to have to go down the projector route, and some pretty big speakers to fill this space, needs some pretty meaty furniture as it's pretty echo tastic at the moment!

It will have to be "band for buck" rather than "money is no object" !

Cheers

Heated yes, not really insulated, it would be a shame to cover those beams!

Certainly no signs of damp or anything like that.

Well the ceiling is clad with timber and then there are tiles on top of that, so while I'm sure it's not super insulated I don't think it will be that bad.

I don't want to compomise the space just for the cinema setup so I might have to see what works out best.

There is another complelety undeveloped room downstair which is 7.37m (24'2") x 5.40m (17'9") which actually might work better as a dedicated home cinema room, it would be a much easier space to manage.

With all that space you could have a dedicated little room for all the AV kit and a window on it for the projector to shine through like in a real cinema - then there would be no fan noise from the projector and all your kit could also have dedicated cooling in there too .

Yeah but I'm kinda loathed to comprimise such a large space for just one use.

I'm thinking a nice spiral staircase in one corner down to the cinema room :)

Please remember : "It will have to be "bang for buck" rather than "money is no object" ;)

As you can imagine "funds" are currently a little depleated!
