Man Done For Speeding by YOU TUBE Video - Doh

Apparently he was doing wheelies past a school and doing over 100mph on A-roads. Hope he get's everything that's coming to him...

It is admissable. ANYTHING is admissable in court if the court admits it, and digital evidence is common in court. Whether it will hold up and bring about a conviction is an entirely different issue.

Hope they don't catch onto mine, I and everyone else in it is at LEAST doing 200mph ;) :D

It sounds like they're getting at him because it was innappropiate use of speed...which is more than fair enough. Even so, it sounds like he's a berk that needs the book throwing at him :D

Watch that video on the daily mail page. It's very hard to see, but I don't think he got above 81, and that was for a short snort on an empty bit of open road. At a couple of points it cuts away because he pulls up behind a car at a gingerly pace and doesn't overtake it, and when it cuts back he's still behind. He also pootles around a roundabout. When he does overtake, he doesn't do any death dives, it's all fairly controlled, not a Ghostrider by any means. I'm only guessing that there's far worse in the full length footage, but I doubt it as it's a tabloid edit.

I'm a cautious rider and the only thing I don't do in that video is spin it up and dump the clutch to pop little wheelies (mine last over a mile!!! Mwwahahahha!). EVERY biker does what's in that video. My mate would be locked away for life if he posted his vids on YouTube.

that was the lamest video I have ever seen, i cant beleive he got done for dangerous driving...just looked like a guy riding a bike. Did he even break a law ?

Cant see what all the fuss is about... Tbh given some of the vids i have seen it was slow ..

It was just some guy out on his bike . Nowt i would not do myself..
I doubt now haven watched the vid he will get done.. Its like driving miss daisy

the ones of people riding zzr1400s at 180mph down motorways are the ones people should be bothered about lol

or people drifting round public roundabouts etc :p

Haha thats not dangerous by any stretch of the imagination.

I mean he got behind the berlingo van,and was still behind it when it cuts to the next bit. The guy can outbrake most stuff on the road and can get to fast speeds much quicker,i see no problem.

I do have a problem with the people around here who drive with no license/insurance/tax. I know of at least two people who have no license and drive,i know a lot of people who drug drive.

Apart from the wheely part, I can imagine some of those overtakes being in a 'how to do it' video':
- make sure you've always got an escape route
- get up to speed before you pull out
- make sure you've got a good sight line
- get back in with plenty to spare just in case

One of the overtakes isn't perfect, he uses the red ghost island as a car is going past to start his overtake a bit early, but I'd do the same. No overtaking on corners, no playing chicken with cars, no forcing back in at the last moment.
