Man of Honour Nomination....

I don't really know Stulid, but I understand he's done a lot for one section of the forum or another. Two hits from me would be Castiel and gareth170, for sure.

I vote for myself as man of honour for the Le Cuisine sub-forum. The only one I know I can what I am talking about as been a Chef for 23 years.

I'd give a nod to Surveyor, knows his stuff and is always helpful with in depth advice.

+1
And he's really patient! patient enough to help me :p
Ofcourse, there are many other people patient enough to help me, but the ones that come to mind are dons...

Shayper it's not a popularity contest you know.

Erm, a large factor of it is - the majority of users who get it often are the "popular" ones.

I disagree. When I got mine I would in no way describe myself as "popular". I was active and helpful in one particular section of the forums and tried to be helpful in others (I was building quite a few PCs at the time and gave advice where I could in the hardware forums). I like to think I got mine because I was (and still am :p) simply a nice bloke. Many of the other MOH, I think are in the same boat - helpful and nice people, not necessarily popular :)

I agree with you also.

Someone got MoH last year and quite a few people replied "who" as they just didn't post in GD.

Nobody deserves MoH just for posting in the Life section of the forums, granted Fox got it last year but I think that was quite unique in the time that he's been here and the sheer activity he has on these forums over the last 10 years.

It depends on what you use the forum for really. I have no interest in PC hardware, but I do use the forums for entertainment.

The criteria should really be any of the following:
- helpful
- nice
- funny
- good at explaining themselves / articulate
- not a chopper

If you have notably made the forum a better place, that's enough really.
