**** MAN Vs RAM ****

Surprised on some of the high voltages on some of the samsung green ram here.

I get

Samsung Green 1600Mhz 11-11-11-28-1T, 1.35v/OC 2133Mhz 10-10-10-21-1T, 1.45v
Z77 ASUS MVG
Just depends on the timings you use as well tbh. I can pass super pi 32m @ 9-10-10-21, 96 trfc, 2133mhz. Fails pretty quickly in ibt. Funny thing is, slacken tras to 22 and i can drop 3 seconds of my time in 32m tests and pass ibt. Pretty impressive ram, my previous corsair vengeance lp wouldnt clock above 1600mhz at all. Hence i havent added it to my post above, had 16gb of it at a stage. And tbh, it was a waste of money.

RipjawsZ 2133mhz cl9 4x2GB, from what I have seen with the 16GB kits, hitting 2400+ with them is very possible :)

@nick, have your pi's arrived yet?

Sweet :D

I did ask g.skill if they could help me source out a few kits, told me they can't even find any as the cl6 stuff was extremely limited edition. A bit more reading on them you should be looking 2200+ @ cl7!!

Nice :D i'm just hoping they will all be ok, will be spending a few hours memtesting when they land, with them being used. Also got a 3930 coming soon should be a bit more flexible then with the ram. The ripjaws i already have would probably be capable of 2250 c9, but bclk would have to be impossibly high or too low. With yours being the 2gb versions you may just manage 2333 c9 with the right volts, ah testing, testing :)
And i keep looking for some more of the kits, overclock.net can have a few rarity's but most will be from the states.

Edit, on timings above, trwdr and trwsr are needed for stability, you should be able to lower these.

Here is a load I stuff I did yesterday for another post, all runs were @1.65v

I have only adjusted the primary timings, the seconds and thirds are still tight.

I have used 3dmark11 physics test to compare.
