Just ordered the components for a new build. Cant believe how cheap it end up. Not exactly the most exiting machine but its a work horse not a gaming machine.

I have a copy of Windows 7 64bit and i can pull the DVD drive, card reader and hdd's out of my old machine in the new one.

So components ordered:

AMD FX6300 Black Edition 6 Core £92.40:

GIGABYTE 78LMT-USB3 £42.00:

(The motherboard has integrated graphics that will do the job until i get a half decent graphics card in a few months.)

16GB (2x 8GB) Dual Channel DDR3 1333. £89.99:

(The board takes 32gb and ill prob max it out ASAP also.)

And a Micro ATX Case with 500W Power Supply. £26.99:

(The PSU will be the first thing to get change but the case look ok and im not that bothered about how it looks, id put the components in a cardboard box if i could get away with it!)

Not bad for the £. And thanks to everyone who gave me advice. Massive help!!
