And I never EVER want to do it again! got to of been one of the most stressfull 24 hours of my life! but rewarding!

But we're all in and all the furniture is actually IN the house instead of the garage!

The cats gone crazy and we found 3 pairs of the last occupants underwear (Female of course)

But I took this photo this morning, we're all really happy that we've moved, it may not look like much, but compared to our last place (Council Housing that we bought) its fantastic :)

Congrats dude, I am feeling your pain.... literally right now. We are hoping to exchange contracts in the coming two weeks so my fingers (and any other body parts that can) are crossed right now.

Nice looking modern semi you got there too. We ended up having to go for a end of terrace 30's job due to the price of houses going up in the 3 months it took to sell our flat.

£150,000 - 3 Bedrooms, En-suite to master bed, and a downstairs one too..

Kitchen isn the biggest but the rest of the house compared to our old one is great.

We've had loads of delays, we were supposed to do it all two months ago but the sheer ammound of queries that were left un-answered hindered us...

Man dont do that :( I actually feel slightly sick now. £210,000 will buy you a 2 bedroom flat here. £265k got me a end of terrace.

Sounds nice. £150K though? I hate you :p ;).

My 3 largeish bed semi has a smallish bathroom, extended living room, downstairs cloakroom, large kitchen and large garden. It's a bit behind decoration wise, and theres a lot to do to bring it up to scratch (rewiring, new kitchen, new bathroom, a couple of carpets, new garage roof, loft insulation, roof lining). My house would sell for about £220,000 at the moment, in its current state. Your house would be about £240-250K down these parts.

3 bed semi like that with garage is going to be easily £300k around here. My bro bought a 3 bed semi for over 400k last year

Very nice house indeed for the money! My brother is in the process of buying a house. Here just outside Belfast he paid £225,000 for a 3 bedroom house in the middle of a housing estate which really isn't anything special.

Moving is very stressful indeed but it's not so bad if it's worth it.
