I currently Gym three times a week (im 19) and making fair progress, not the best as i dont follow the diet properly on days i dont work out, and not so well on days i do, being at university and all. But the opportunity to run the Paris marathon has come up as two of my house mates are running it.
Now i really like the idea of achieving it, but want to know if i will have to sacrifice any more gains or mass i have already built up, and want to know if marathon training (3 runs a week) adn my workouts and asociated muscle can happen at the same time?
