PC's - most people will look around but theres are fair bit of competition in the town so I'd like to make the most of the closure as I can

Why do anything, if they are closed people will not wait so they will go to the next nearest and if that is you bingo. We own a hair salon, a competitor tried to poach some business, we were told be several they tried to poach and it made them look bad and the customers they tried to poach were disgusted with their under hand tactics.

I gave up long ago worrying what competitors were doing, concentrate on making your own customers happy and word of mouth is better than any form of advertising. Make sure that if you gain 5 new customers they are 5 who will each recommend you to their friends.

Anyone who comes in over the next two weeks give them a 20% off voucher for their next repair or service or offer them a free diagnostic check in 12 weeks time.
