Marking mails as read between outlook clients using exchange

hi there,

i log on to two machines - one at home and one at work. Is it possible to use exchange to mark read mails as read on the server so that when i log on at home it doesnt appear as though i have unread mails - when in fact I have read them just on my work PC.
