is this open now to play as the game has disapeared from my steam libary yet is in my steam folder and steam says i already have it when i try to download it again,my house mate has also used this code and his game is available on steam and he has loaded it up anyone else getting this issue?

i tried to launch it from the exe in the steam folder but it says this please run the game through BitRaider.
