Masons get lean log!

Mixed feelings about last night:

Squats: 5x162.5, 4x5x145
Bench: 1x92.5 went home
Bodyweight: 93.67kg

Technically a PR on squats but feel like I was slightly high on every rep. See for yourself:

The top set felt ok. But the volume sets were killer. My heart rate usually spikes between 150-160 in a set and calms down to 110-120 before starting the next. But it was spiking to 170+ and only coming down to 140s. As well my average heart rate at night has come from 55-65 to around 80 last couple of nights so probably getting a cold… and maybe stress from work.

So yeah I managed one rep of bench and I’d had enough and went home.
