Mass Effect 3 gfx mods?

Hi can someone point me in the direction of the latest graphics mods, preferably an all-in-one solution or something simple to improve the awful character textures at least... thanks :)
 
just use SweetFX for colour fix the textures are good as is but you can make it so much more cinematic with SweetFX really makes things pop, I posted a thread up in this section about modded ME1+2 though the texture mod makes a huge difference combined with SweetFX it's amazing

Best thing about ME1 + 2 is it's lightweight so even with texture mods I can do sparse grid anti-aliasing for zero jaggies

The textures are horrible in ME3. I looked into modding it but it seemed a bit long winded and the no controller support put me off as I wanted to kick back and enjoy it.
