mass effect - location help

hey guys i just jumped back into this game after a while and im completely LOST.

i was wondering if someone could link me to a site or something which displays the mass effect map and shows which planets are in which cluster etc, etc

Your Journal tells you where you need to go and tells you exactly which star cluster and which system you need to go to. But if you still want a guide use this:

i find all these cluster names so confusing and then there are sectors, stars...just dose my head in. all ii wana do in this game is shoot some aliens!
