no your not liable. The warehouse with eu flag on their items for all intents and purposes is within the EU so no import duty. It’s factored into the price already, seems why they mark up EU products slightly from the onset.

Their EU warehouse seems to be having delays currently - just a word of warning after reading their forums.

Their EU Warehouse is closing at the end of the month but they are looking into alternate shipping from the States and will update soon.
