so pleased for the guy! His style and habit of pushing the boundaries is what makes him stand out, and what ear marks other top chefs.
I actually think Tom will go on to do very well for himself, he's a very good Chef, I was really surprised with his dessert. I think he'd do really well running a Gastropub rather then fine dining, but could do either.
Tim will hopefully go on to do great things.
