I didn't say he was comfortable under the pressure, but he still nailed the flavours and impressed a group of some of the most refined palates in the world whereas Ben didn't. Stephen can improve how he copes under pressure, but at this stage Ben still doesn't seem to have sorted out getting flavour into his dishes and I think thats what will worry the judges more.

Yeah can't argue with the result, even though he does look like a cross between Pavarotti and Dom Joly.

Yep, easily the most talented of the final 3.

I would be interested in eating at a restaurant where he was the chef.
