Hi all,

For some reason I have suddenly become brain dead, I am trying to work out what 200000 is as a percentage of 25000000, I come up with 0.008% but that does not seem correct.

Please.help

You forgot to convert the ratio to percent - it's 0.8%

You forgot to multiply by 100, by the way you should use S.I form for large numbers, makes it simpler.
