Matx build help

I'm currently looking into a matx set up I was thinking of a i3 haswell cpu and say a gtx 650 ti boost or a gtx 660.

or wait to see what amd bring to the table with FM2+

would get an fx setup but the matx boards are eh very few

I tend to play a lot of single player games I think the most demanding games I own are
crysis 1, gta series, devil may cry, space marine..saints row the 3rd oh and borerlands 1 and 2

Only 3 games I play online is torchlight 2, homefront and black ops 2 (no I'm not a cod fanboy).

I wont be buying crysis 3/bf 3 or 4 I might get gta 5 if it comes to pc.

I'm not a graphics snob as long as the game runs smoothly and looks a tad better than a ps3, I wont be doing any video or photo editing of any sort I'm not interested in overclocking...I also don't do multitasking...when gaming I tend to use my android tablet for chat or web browsing

I already have a matx case, ssd i will not be using optical drives or hard drives.
I have a 1080p monitor as well.

so with that being said do you guys think i3 would be a good choice for me?

if any one has any other build ideas please go ahead has to matx though.
I'm in no rush to buy a set up since I'm currently modding my case
