mATX Conroe

Are there any mATX boards on the way that look particularly suitable for a HTPC build using the new intel chips?

Its either this or a Msi K8ngm2-fid with a X2 cpu after the price drop.

I know its not for Conroe, but tbh CoreDuo would be fine for a dedicated HTPC.
