mATX for non-Overclock Haswell

So in the past I've usually bought upper-mid-range motherboards and over-clockable CPUs. But the next build will probably be using a non-overclocking Haswell CPU. So, my questions are:

(i) Is there any advantage staying with upper mid-range Z87 motherboards for such a build?

(ii) Spec me a suitable mATC board!

Unless you need the extra features on a upper-mid-range motherboard i personally would not bother.
