Max Overclock For AMD 3500 Venice

Please could everyone who has oc'd this puppy post their clocks and voltage,

I managed to get 2.6 Ghz @ 1.6 Volts, Stable playing counter strike source for hours

got mine currently running at 2.7 with 1.55v stable can get into windows at 2.8 but not stable (and this dodgy a8n-premium doesnt allow to up the vcore any more

)

Mine won't do more than 2.5ghz no matter what voltage I throw at it. I've never had a good clocking cpu in my life.

iv got 2.8 on mine, with stock cooling fan, At first i couldnt get it stable past 2.75, until I put the DDR voltage up.

I'll be buying one of these soon and stumbled upon this...

They got it stable around 2.7ghz and did loads of bench marks against the 3800+ and one of the Dual Cores. I've never overclocked a PC before so am looking forward to trying when i order my new components.

Well, I dont use mine anymore lol

Took a big leap and bought the 3700, knowing it might not clock :eek:

But it did clock , :cool:

just got a athlon 64 3500+ venice and GA-K8NSC-939 mainboard after blowing my athlon XP 3000+ (oops) this is my fisrt try at overclocking so after reading posts from this site so thought i would let u know how i got on...

stats from cpu-z: 2.75Ghz @ 1.45v stable at 38 degrees C wile playing half-life 2

mine only does 2.54 @ the max voltage i'm willing to give it; 1.58 according to sensors. I've also never had a good clocker...shame
