Max PWM temp on Abit IP35?

My PWM temps are running quite high - what is the highest safe temp?

I think around 90c, have my set around 90c for alarm and 110c to shutdown.

What temp is your getting upto, you might need to do the bolt mod.

PS sig is to big, max 4 lines

Thanks - it looks like it's topping out about 90 - maybe I will do the bolt mod...

I did the bolt mod on my IP35, temps are as follows.

Running 1.45v on the CPU and 1.29v on the northbridge.

CPU at 3.2Ghz running Prime95 stress test.

These things can go quite hot .. personally I have set my fans such that they'll contain the temp to 80c or so. I trust that this won't cause me issues over time!
