maximum memory speed with AsRock 939 dual SATA2?

Hi folks,

I am trying to get the maximun memory speed (OCZ 3500EB) and maximun overclock of my opteron 146 in my mobo with 1.5 bios and I find the following problem:

with a 133 divider I get HTT 274x10 at 1.45v (overvolts to 1.475v) and memory about 200 Mhz (2.5-2-2-9)

with a 166 divider I get HTT 265x10 at 1.425v and memory at 220 Mhz (3-3-2-9 and 1T) with high setting memory volts.

I bought an OCZ booster aiming to get the max of my memory at 10x274 using the 166 divider (so memory at 228mhz) but I fail prime95 and superpi

My memory is memtest stable at 232mhz (2.5-2-2-9 with 2.95v) and my processor is also stable at 2750 Mhz so the problem is somewhere else.

So now I am stuck at HTT 266x10 at 1.425v with memory at 221 (2.5-2-2-9 1T); not a big increase to justify buying the booster. Any single increase in HTT end up failing prime95 and superpi even increasing cpu volts to 1.45. I can increase HTT beyond 266 only if I use 133 divider.

is anybody running this mobo with high memory speed & HTT and 1T??? if so what bios? volts on the cpu?

I read in one post that the mobo has problems to run 1T with high memory speeds specially without a memory divider. can anybody confirm this????

hi
on mine i got no problems runing high memory and high HTT
this one is my max HTT

But have had my memory all the way up to 280Mhz

bios i use is the Ocwbeta 2 bios wich i have found to do best
yes i can not run 1T stable but i have not seen much dif anyway so i am happy with this
voltage is 1.52 in bios and ram voltage is sat at high in bios
