Maxtor RMA to seagate

Well, I've been through the entire RMA process with seagate before with a few drives in the past, but now I am trying to return a maxtor drive (that is in warranty).

I get to the validate warrenty part and although it has said the drive is coverred, when i validate it, it says that "Part number 6V25OFO is not qualified for return"

Any advice would be nice, drive is less than 1 year old.

Yep, i know it works there, but its the processing an rma bit that doesn't work

probably was unclear initially
