Maxtor RMA via Website

Any idea whats happened to Maxtors RMA bit on their website. I click on it and it comes up with a page looking as such:

Any ideas whats going on?

Same happens to me, I called them up yesterday and they said they were having a technical fault or something like that and so were unable to take calls.

its fine now i just had to RMA a friends 160GB IDE drive
