Many people are moving from both 7800GTX & 7800GTX 512MB to X1900XTX.
Many people have stated that ATI's IQ is better than that of Nvidia's cards.
Infact some of these are long time Nvidia card owners who have switched

Well I owned a GTX 512 and then switched to an X1900 and I would have to say I only noticed an improvement in IQ over the GTX in the games I play. I don't have a X1900 any more so I can't confirm the results. I'm holding off buying the X1900 XT-X or 7900 GTX until I can get some info on speed to IQ but reading this does give me cause for concern.
Just for the record I am neither Nvidia / Ati I have bought both cards in equal Quantities. I just want the card that provides me with the fastest IQ at 1920x1200 resolution.

I thought you said a long time ago you weren't a fanboy of Nvidia in response to your constant SM3 preaching?
The best card at the moment is the X1900XTX and better value for money. You can sell your 512mB and still be in the green by buying a XTX.
