may have gone OTT

I would use a Haze machine if i was you,they give great effect with lighting and you can see where you are going lol,also i would stop away from the scented fluids,these can cause the nozzle on the machine to clogg up fairly fast,buy a good brand fluid and you wont have any trouble with your gear..:)

EDIT: haze/smoke machine is being put on hold for a while due to lack of funds before people start saying things I WILL GET ONE!!! :D
rest of the room lighting neons lasers that i have already brought will carry on as normal! :) but for a month or two no smoke!

no worries m8,if you need a little haze fluid to get you started i'mm sure i could spare a ltr to get you going;);)
 
Haha this amused me! You could be watching a horror film and the smoke machines accidental come on and make it feel really in the room, even better if its in 3D. Get the pics up! :0
