S1 on iPlayer now, anyway watching?

It's set approx 4 years after Sons of Anarchy, I'm halfway through the season, pretty good so far, sticking to a well trodden formula, couple of familiar faces.

Took a few episodes to get going. Already been renewed for a second season.

Did anyone enjoying it find the first episode difficult? It felt sloppy and cheap to me and I am usually not that critical/easy going with so-so shows. Think I might need to give another go as I love The Shield and SoA.

First couple of episodes were a bit of a slog, it's definitely picked up a lot, but fairly familiar all the same. End of episode 6 put a big smile of my face.

Also agree with your thoughts on episode 1....... though will give episode 2 and 3 a try
