maybe a dumb SSD question

the SSD's all seem to be 2.5" where as a standard HD is 3.5" how do u get on with installing it into a full size desktop pc?

i have a coolermaster cosmos which is tailored to fit 3.5" HD's in the little compartments, are there kits to make the smaller drives fit? or do u have to bodge it together with long screws?

I believe you can get hold of kits that can mount a 2.5" drive in a 3.5" or 5.25" slot.

Otherwise you could always "bungee mod" the drive - although this doesn't really help acoustics as SSDs are pretty silent anyway!

Personally I would bungee it. If only for the fact I have a lot of bungee cable.
