New build...1st time...
When I go into bios my screen looks nothing like what I've seen on MSI or online


this is what I was expecting...from a video I was watching...


any help would be appreciated

Your in basic mode try the advanced button.

Because of 16MB BIOS chip size MSI removed graphical bloat to support Zen2 Ryzens.

You need the max version of that board to have the better UI.

There's no Max version of B450 Carbon.
Anyway that text based Lite BIOS is cleaner than graphical bloatware.

You know, when I used the work "better" , I thought someone might comment.

My mistake top right hand corner of bottom photo it says tomahawk. Didn't see his follow up comment.

yeah the online shot is a guy building a Tomahawk board, mine is B450 Carbon Pro... so I miss out apparently

You do. But you set stuff and tweak.. And then never go back in right.
