maybe hdd no boot

Hi i have had pc no boot problems and no signal to monitor so i changed the psu same problem.Also i changed the gfx card same problem.Fans turn lights come on but i here a noise from the hdd like when its trying to inizialise there are no beeps nothing going to the monitor any ideas.

Try booting up with just 1 stick of ram mate.?

i only have 1 stick 512 ram its a 5 year old pc dont have any more available to use ram that is.
