Hi does anyone know if this can be put into a whole loop system including the pump res? As from the instructions I gather the radiators had to be taken out and done individually. I've never used this product and is it ok to use with EK PE radiators ?

Use Part 1 with only the rads, not any blocks. Part 2 is for the whole loop.

Just to check part 2 can be used on the rads to?

Yup, definitely make use of it on the rads to neutralize the pH from part 1.
