Lol if you hit glass correctly like hitting a window in the correct place it will brake

very much like acrylic tubing how ever the glass is much stronger.

I've got some 13mm OD glass tubes and I can't seem to get Primochill Revolver 13/10 fittings to fit over the end. There's obviously only a fraction of a mm in it.

that's the primochill QC for you ...... bad,

You can sand down the glass ends to allow for a little movement.

Well, out of the four Primochill fittings I tried in a pack, 1 fit snugly, another fit after a LOT of persuasion and the other 2 would definitely not fit (I shattered the end of the pipe trying to get one of them to go). I guess I should have just tested with one fitting rather than spending £100 on them first and then hearing that their QC is bad.

We had the same issue and after some of the people i know contacted them and told them, there response was "we only guarantee fitting to our tubing so you should use our tubing (primochill)" ...

I can guarantee our glass is all the same size and is constant with in a 0.01mm to 0.02mm +/- diameter that we say it is. If it is not it is rejected. Every single peace is tested by either me or my wife and we hand wrap every single peace to make sure they are near perfect with no blemishes or marks.

Last week we hand tested over 300 peaces and not one failed.

What we offer is the same Support we offer with all our products, if you not happy we will replace it, its that simple.

You cut them with a cheap diamond cutter on a dremmel and then sound down with wet and dry (use it wet). Use a Paper mask and protective glasses when working on it. Its not hard top work with. Then use any hard line fitting for 12,13 or 16mm.

I'm happy with your product, it's obviously Primochill that's at fault if each fitting is different.
