What are you even talking about.......accumulating numbers? managers, them and us.........back down the pit with you.
Those who go into management are generally those who can't succeed in actually producing. They can only move 'resources' and numbers about to get the work done. Those 'resources' being the people who actually have to do the work.
By the way, I am far from being a 'blue collar' worker. The majority of managers I have come across are there because they can talk the talk, but are unable to walk the walk. I have met one or two who can. They are the exception, rather than the rule.
