You need to get one from a prestigious business school. Like London Business school or Cranfield College.
I did a Masters in engineering at Cranfield University. The engineering department sent us all on a two week MBA taster course at the management school there. It was absolutely brilliant. Not just interesting but very entertaining too. Every single one of the lecturers was an amazing public speaker.
The introduction to the course was basically "You're all engineers. You're smart people. I'm here to teach you what you need to know about management so that you don't have to hire an overpaid and dim-witted manager to run your business for you."

If I had the money, I'd love to go back and do the full MBA course.
