MBR damaged

I was defragging when the power went out. God damn card meters!!
Now when I boot up my second 250GB WD Sata2 drive doesn't show in my computer. When I go to disk management it says it is unreadable. I'm assuming that the MBR was damaged or lost when the power went.
Is there any program I can use to recover or repair the MBR as there's a lot of stuff on that drive I don't want to loose.
 
thanks very much for that. I didn't manage to repair the MBR but I managed to retrieve all my data off the drive and copy it to another. Deleted the main partition and managed to create a new partiton.
Morale of the story, don't defrag your hard drive when your power might go out.
