I've have stupidly locked out my old hotmail account and can't remember which email address (if its still live) that I'd registered as a second email address (sorry it was about 11 years ago).

Anyway I trying to re-setup my Microsoft certificate with my new hotmail account and got to this page

https://mcp.microsoft.com/authenticate/resetaccesscode/resetaccesscode.aspx?lc=1033

but it keeps coming up with internal error no matter if I use my old or new hotmail address... is there another way of setting up my live id with my mcse stuff?
 
Phone Microsoft and explain the situation...?

When I initially linked my MCP credentials to my Passport ID it kept failing; it turned out the reason was it was expecting my name to be typed in upper case. Would've been nice if it had told me that to begin with...

Thanks for the advice... it seems that I need to contact 0800 9170758 during office hours to get my account sorted out according to my microsoft contact.
