Am I alone here in eating 4/5 meals a day daily?! 3 just doesnt seem to cut it 
One for breakfast at about 8:30am
Another at lunch time at about 12 ish
The third is usually smaller at about 5 ish
Then dinner at 8 ish and am just about to have my last meal of the day now at half 11
Plate full of pasta and 2 chicken breasts in dolmio sauce - yum

I guess it's just a fast metabolism. People who weight train often eat 5 or 6 meals a day so i guess it's not unheard of.
