What’s a good way to measure body fat, I cant get an accurate reading?

So far: The digital scales with calculate my BF at 9%, My exercise bike measures it at 38% and some online calculator and a tape measure work out at 23%.

I’d like to believe I’m 9% but I’m really not, I can grab a handful of fat over my abs.

Also does it matter when you take the measure after eating, or in the morning like with measuring your height? (Apologies if that’s retarded).

Seems irrelevant so long as you're not overweight. Just go by what you're happy with looks wise. Doubt you'll get a totally accurate reading without having it professionally done anyway.

Get a decent bioimpedance test done with sensors on one of your hands and feet. Other than a water submergance tank it'll be the best bet along with/or a professional caliper test.

Go by the mirror if in doubt :)

A caliper test done by someone who knows what they are doing i.e. use the equipment properly and take an average from multiple measurements is probably about the best you will do apart from the water submergence tests but does it matter all that much? Either you're happy with how you look or you aren't - it might be nice to say you've got a <10% bodyfat measurement but it doesn't mean you'll be happy with how you look.
