measuring water temp and displaying on Speedfan / LCD

Hi,

I currently have an LCD controlled by LCD Smartie, being fed info by SpeedFan (great for CPU, GPU, PVM, SYS temps etc).

What would be the best hardware to:

a) Measure the water temp
b) Get that temp digitised so Speedfan (or LCD Smartie itself) can read and display it?

Any advice or thoughts appreciated - Toff.

PS: I'm running 10mm od tubing by the way.
