Media Box Spec!

the Celeron doesn't use the same graphics as the I3 / i5's.

My G540 couldn't cope with 1080p in my media pc.

I just added a ATI 5450 for £15 off overclockers and it works perfectly

Ah fair enough. It's 2500 isn't it? Yeah a 5450 is cheap enough but then maybe for the total price he might be better of with an amd apu. Have to say my g530 never struggled with anything though. If a Pi can play 1080p what's the world coming to!

did u try playing full HD films?

mine struggled on anything that was over about 10GB in file size.

You could ask in CS and see when it`s due back in stock. You have a few weeks before Christmas.
The mobo I specced has sata 6gbs and USB 3.0.
Or use a mix of our specs. Then upgrade the Cpu later, if you need to.

It`s still early. I tracked my delivery last week, right to my doorstep. DPD tracking is a lot better now.
