Media centre waking itself up from sleep

Recently my PC has been waking itself up from sleep for no reason. In the mornings I find the LCD TV is on along with PC even tho it was put into sleep the night before. In the past even when the PC woke itself from sleep it would not turn on TV too.

In Power control panel its set to turn off monitor after 45 mins (which its not doing) and Sleep after an hour (not doing either).

What can I do?

mine started doing this, check nothing is set to record

in the end, i formatted to put a fresh Vista SP1 install on anyway and it stopped it happening, but there must be a reason for it..

edit, might well be the TV guide downloading..
